When you see this button, click to prepare the session for importing into the new Session Planner 2.0. To complete the import, open the Session Tools program and download to your Session Planner by clicking on "Get Available Sessions" under the "Tools" menu.

When you see this button, click it to download a zip file right to your computer.  When opening the zip file, extract the files from the zip file to your drills_and_sessions folder. (Typically found at C:/Program Files/SS Session Planner/drills_and_sessions)
